your data actionable. As results are received from the
individual device clients, the Plug-ins are responsible for
acting upon that data. Plug-ins can be as simple as sending an
email notification, notifying management that a result was
received, or as complex as a full integration with your existing
ERP solution. At the end of the day, something must happen with
your data to empower your team. Capabilities of KnowWire
Plug-ins include:
- Email – Send notifications to
specific email addresses that the response was
collected (can include results). Customize your
email and send to the contacts (or email addresses)
collected within the application itself. Include
Attachments with your custom emails. The
possibilities are endless with our easy-to-use Email
Plug-in.
- Pager Call – Immediately call a
Pager once the result is captured. For example, if
a customer is not happy with your service – KnowWire
can be configured to automatically send you a text
page before that customer leaves your business.
- Database – Using the Database
Plug-in, all results can be stored to our powerful
Data Vault.
- CSV Forward – Send the results
formatted to a simple CSV File. Send Results via
Email or save to a pre-configured FTP site. This
option will get the results back into your competent
hands for processing.
- Custom Integrations - Once
KnowWire efficiently collects the results, the
number of integration possibilities is endless. Our
KnowWire team is ready to get this data to you or
